Privacy Policy
Last updated October 4, 2026
The short version
slendy.gg and its Discord bot, slendy-bot, have no accounts and no sign-ups, and we don't sell or share
anything about you. The game data we show is public Epic Seven battle data. The bot doesn't keep anything about
the people who use it.
Game data
We collect public RTA battle records from Smilegate's Epic Seven game record service (Stove): in-game
nicknames, servers, ranks, ratings and the details of each battle (drafts, bans, results, starting combat
readiness and equipment). We use them to build the statistics on the site and in the bot. We don't collect
anything else about players.
If you'd like your in-game account removed from slendy.gg, or you'd like it tracked, ask us on
our Discord server.
The website
- No cookies, no accounts.
- Visitor counts: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and
without identifying individual visitors.
- Your browser: the Player Analyzer remembers the players you looked at recently, in your
browser's local storage. It stays on your device; you can clear it with your browser data.
- Server logs: our servers record the requests they receive (the page or data asked for,
including any player or hero searched, the response and its timing) to keep the service running and
measure usage. Player Analyzer lookups (the player name and filters) are counted for usage statistics.
- IP addresses are used briefly, in memory, to limit how many requests one address can make
per minute, and appear in our server logs only when that limit is hit. Our hosting providers,
Vercel and Railway, also process requests under their own privacy policies.
The Discord bot
- What it receives: when you use a command, Discord sends the bot the command and the
options you typed, your Discord user ID, and the server and channel to reply in. The bot can't read
messages: it asks Discord for no message access and no privileged intents.
- What it keeps: nothing about you. Your user ID is held in memory for about 30 seconds to
apply the command cooldown. The bot stores no messages, names or IDs, and has no database.
- Game data it shows comes from slendy.gg, or from Stove for players we don't track. It's
cached in memory and dropped when the daily data update arrives.
- Usage counts: we keep daily totals of how many times each command was used and how many
servers the bot is in. Nothing about who ran a command, or in which server, is attached.
- Logs: errors are logged with the command's name, not with who used it.
Children
slendy.gg and slendy-bot are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information
from them. Discord itself requires users to meet its minimum age.
